These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Anvivatech LLC services and website. They are written to
describe a customized training and career support model in a clear, businesslike format that matches the
company’s current service flow.
1. Services
Anvivatech LLC provides customized career support services, which may include resume assistance, interview
preparation, mock interviews, job search support, placement assistance, and related consulting services.
Services may be delivered remotely, in hybrid format, or on site, depending on the selected engagement.
Service scope varies by client. Specific deliverables, timeline, price, and any optional add on services are
described in the signed quote, service order, invoice, or client agreement for that engagement.
2. Geographic scope
Services are intended for clients seeking opportunities in the United States.
3. No public price menu
Because each client engagement is customized, Anvivatech does not maintain a universal public price list.
Pricing is determined by the client’s requested scope, level of support, and any additional services selected.
4. Payment terms
Unless otherwise stated in a signed service order, fees are charged as a one time upfront fee for the selected
service package.
No recurring billing will be charged unless the client separately agrees in writing to additional services.
If a client later requests additional services, Anvivatech may issue a separate invoice for those added services.
5. Optional placement related fee
In certain engagements, the parties may agree in writing to an additional placement related or success based
fee. Any such fee must be clearly stated in the signed client paperwork or addendum for that client.
No placement related fee applies unless it is expressly documented for that client.
6. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including work history, education details,
resume materials, and other information reasonably needed to deliver the services.
The client agrees to attend scheduled sessions, respond to communications in a timely manner, participate in
mock interviews or coaching sessions, and take reasonable steps required by the selected program.
Failure to participate, repeated missed sessions, extended non response, abusive conduct, or false
information may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Job search and placement disclaimer
Anvivatech may provide preparation, introductions, interview support, and placement assistance. However,
Anvivatech is not the hiring employer and does not control hiring decisions made by third parties.
Job offers, role type, start date, pay rate, background screening outcome, immigration or work authorization
outcome, and final hiring decision depend on the client’s qualifications, market conditions, and employer
discretion.
Except where a signed client specific addendum expressly states otherwise, Anvivatech does not guarantee
employment, compensation level, or placement timing.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and any client specific written agreement.
In general, refund review depends on the services delivered, the client’s participation, and whether the client
complied with program requirements.
9. Communications
The client consents to receive service related communications by email, phone call, text message, and other
agreed channels such as WhatsApp, where applicable.
Marketing communications may be sent where permitted by law. Clients may opt out of non essential
marketing messages.
10. Client materials and limited license
The client retains ownership of personal information and source materials submitted by the client.
The client grants Anvivatech a limited license to use submitted materials for the purpose of providing the
agreed services, including formatting resumes, preparing interview materials, and sharing resume information
with recruiters or hiring partners where applicable.
11. Website use
The website may be used only for lawful purposes. Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized
access, or submit false or harmful content.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis and depend in part on the client’s participation and
third party hiring activity. To the extent permitted by law, Anvivatech disclaims implied warranties that are not
expressly stated in writing.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvivatech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or speculative damages arising from the use of its services or website.
Any claim relating to paid services will be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific
service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law
rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services shall be resolved by
binding arbitration in Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
15. Changes
Anvivatech may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be the
version posted on the website or otherwise provided to the client.
